The Deanshanger Colts were established in the summer of 1989, and have their home at the Folly Road Playing Fields, in partnership with the Sports & Social Club. This season the Colts will have ten age groups playing organised football in the Milton Keynes & District Development League from Under 7 to 12's, while the Under 6's train on Saturday mornings. The Under 13's and 14's play Sunday mornings in the MK Border Counties League, with the Under 15's running out on Sunday afternoons. This coming season will see the club field their first girls team playing under the DEANSHANGER DIVAS name in the Bucks Girls League at Under 12's.
The Colts achieved FA Charter Standard in May 2008, and presently have twelve qualified FA Level One coaches. The club have set a target of achieving FA Development Charter Standard status by 2013. The club hope to continue to work in association with the primary school to promote girls football. The club is always looking for new volunteers to join either in a coaching capacity or as a behind the scenes helper.
Also playing down at Folly Road, are Deanshanger Athletic who offer the adult football in the village with two Saturday sides playing in the North Bucks League, along with Deanshanger Vets (over 35's) who run out on Sunday morning all welcome new players.
